The successful candidate will be accountable for: * Provide technical support for computer hardware, software and peripherals  * Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day user IT issues  * Manage and follow up on support requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation, timely resolution and ownership.  * Prepare, configure and deploy computers and user equipment  * Install and maintain operating systems, software and peripherals  * Maintain office IT equipment, printers, cabling and related technology  * Perform basic computer hardware maintenance and coordinate repairs  * Maintain accurate records of IT assets and assigned equipment  * Manage user accounts and access according to company procedures  * Assist with user-related systems administration  * Take ownership of assigned IT systems, ensuring their monitoring, maintenance and reporting as required  * Assist with the procurement and deployment of IT equipment * Assisting the systems and net/sec teams on demand * Document technical issues, repairs and equipment changes * Provide guidance and support to users when required * Provide support outside normal working hours when operationally required The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills: * BSc/MSc in Computer Science or any related field  * Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software and peripherals  * Hands-on experience with computer setup and configuration  * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  * Patient and professional approach to user support  * Good communication and teamwork skills  * Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure  * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills  * Good written and spoken English  * Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage  * IT certifications or professional qualifications will be considered an advantage  The successful candidate will receive: * Remuneration according to qualifications and experience * 13th Salary * Medical Insurance Scheme * Provident Fund * Access to MadBenefits app * Inhouse fitness room with classes * Modern working space at a central and convenient location of Limassol close to the highway * Friendly multinational environment * Opportunities for professional learning and growth * Birthday Voucher and Birthday leave * Weekly Monday breakfast * Access to Wellapy platform
