We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our outstanding Product Design team. Your main focus will be designing useful apps for both web and mobile in Figma. We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs),  which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market. You will have your own mentor (a supporting Product Designer) who can help you onboard better in our company and help upskill your design abilities. Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone while collaborating with clients from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and many others. OFFERY SUMMARY: * Required:  great portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project; 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position; understanding of UX rules; Openness to AI & automations tools; written and spoken English C1 and Polish C1; * Offer: B2B/UZL, paid days off, 100% remote (or hybrid/onsite - as you prefer), Polish time zone, flexible hours, full time position, long-term contract, Scrum Teams * Perks and Benefits: learning budget, budget for health insurance and sports, regular feedback, support, and real learning opportunities, access to internal Design Talks and Tech Talks, and more * Tools you’ll use:  Figma, Claude Code, FigJam, Figma Slides, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, Apple MacBook Pro * Additional tools: Photoshop, Gemini, GitHub YOUR FUTURE TASKS AND DUTIES: * Being responsible for creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications * Using AI to create interactive prototypes that bring the concept to life * Mapping out user flows based on client requirements * Working with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help * Attending meetings with the client where we set all of the requirements * Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Product Owners create requirements for the application * Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from your Mentor/Buddy/Leader and Product Owner * Supporting internal projects and company initiatives, which sometimes involves creating presentations or other marketing assets ABOUT YOU - TECH SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * A strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop project (private or commercial), showing how you use AI in your design process (self-initiated projects are a big plus) * 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position * Understanding of UX rules * Knowledge of the Figma environment * Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, or similar) used in the design process * Able to create basic style guide with UI elements (with a buddy/mentor/leader’s help) * Understanding a target user, evaluating current products from a UX perspective, participating in design workshops * Willing to do research before or after meeting when necessary * Able to design landing pages and parts of the application based on the received specifications * Able to work with already existing design assets (especially: style guide, UI kit) * Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs * AI-curious and eager to grow those skills (including vibecoding with a buddy), with hands-on experience in design projects ABOUT YOU - SOFT SKILLS: * Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1) is required * Knowledge hungry - with eagerness to learn and take on challenges * Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies * Problem solving way of thinking * Solid communication skills and not being afraid to challenge the status quo * Open-minded to new ideas and perspectives * Being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvements * Actively seeking solutions and trying to figure things out on your own, but not being afraid to ask for help when needed * Willing to learn from experienced designers how to cooperate with U.S. Founders and CEOs NICE TO HAVE: * Experience in preparing marketing assets (Dribbble shots, Facebook Posts) * Illustrating skills * Branding skills * Experience in Webflow/Framer * After Effects/Jitter, Framer,  * Automation Tools (Make, n8n) RECRUITMENT PROCESS: * CV and Portfolio Review * Phone Call with Our Recruiter (15 min) * Design recruitment task * Soft & technical skills interview with HR and Design Team (includes live task review) (1h) * Final interview with Design Lead (45 min) * Decision and Feedback 🥳 Meaningful projects, top-notch experts and value-driven workplace Sound good?
