Step by step, you’ll grow into more ownership and help us shape the future of digital education. What You’ll Do * Run product experiments to optimize user experience and drive product growth. * Dive into user behavior data to uncover insights and help find ways to improve key metrics. * Support the product team in prioritizing, brainstorming, and testing growth ideas. * Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life. * Learn how data-driven product decisions are made and gradually take ownership of your own product areas. What You Need to Join Us * Experience: 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management. * Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of product/marketing analytics and comfort working with numbers. * Mindset: High curiosity, a strong proactive drive, and a readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes (we value data over assumptions!). * Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
