WHY IS THIS INTERESTING? * Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche * Influence strategic product decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future * High level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build, and optimize user funnels and landing pages to maximize conversions. * Launch, and continuously improve user journeys — from ad creative through landing pages/funnels to app onboarding. * Drive structured experimentation (A/B tests, messaging, UX, and page/funnel iterations) to increase conversion and reduce user friction. * Monitor key funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, conduct deep-dive analyses, and translate insights into impactful improvements. * Research new markets, identify growth opportunities, and support GTM and scaling across both emerging and established markets. * Collaborate closely with both founders, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and AI Content teams. YOUR SKILLS: * Experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role (B2C app experience is a plus). * Hands-on experience with funnels and landing pages using no-code or automated funnel-building tools. * Strong experience generating, prioritizing, and validating growth hypotheses through A/B testing, user interviews, and other experimentation methods. * Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar BI and analytics platforms to build dashboards and derive actionable insights. * Experience collaborating with Product, User Acquisition, Marketing, and Content teams in cross-functional environments. * Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, taking initiative, and building processes from scratch. * A deep understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and data-driven decision-making.
