C1, Openness to AI & automations tools, First commercial experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives (where leading skills were shown - not student activities only) * Offer: B2B/UZL, paid days off, Polish time zone, flexible hours, full time position, 3 months contract with possibility of extension, Scrum Teams, and more * Perks and Benefits: budget for health insurance and sports, Mentoring Program, individual Career Path, and more * Tools you’ll use: Slack, GSuite, Jira, FigJam and Coda, Apple MacBook Pro YOUR FUTURE TASKS AND DUTIES: * Attending project meetings with the Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members) * Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap) * Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers * Learning best practices & growing * Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team * Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions * And remember, you won't be alone. You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners ABOUT YOU - TECH SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Know how to conduct workshops and run meetings with business external clients (bonus point for American based clients) Tech-savvy and growth-oriented At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management Knowledge about SDLC Experience working with tech team (developers,designers) Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions Practical knowledge of using AI in projects Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations ABOUT YOU - SOFT SKILLS: * Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required * Knowledge-hungry and growth-oriented * Problem-solving as a way of thinking * Analytical mindset  * Communicative, assertive, positive attitude * Experienced in cooperating with others NICE TO HAVE: * Project management skills * Agile mindset, flexibility * Good self-management & decision-making skills * Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies * Conducting discussions, and meetings with clients RECRUITMENT PROCESS: * CV Review * Phone call with our Recruiter (15min) * Soft-skills interview with our Recruiter (1h) * Technical interview with Product Team (1,5h) * Interview with your Department Head (45min) * Decision and feedback 🥳
