Main tasks and responsibilities: * Develop and implement cost control strategies for the organization * Develop and maintain contract management policies and procedures * Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers * Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule * Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project stakeholders * Develop and maintain a cost estimation and forecasting system * Identify potential cost savings opportunities * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies * Manage a team of cost and contract professionals * Participate on Financial reports/plans * Participate on Business Plans  (Financial knowledge) Requirements for the position: * Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or or related discipline * Management experience is strongly preferred  * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal * Able to generate budgets and reports * Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately * Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential * Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads * Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems * Minimum 12 years of relevant experience * Knowledge of construction processes * Accuracy and attention to detail * Fluent in English (spoken and written).
