Main tasks and responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate the QS team on site * Reviewing tender documents of Subcontractors/ Suppliers ie. drawings and specifications * Coordinate with main office for Contract preparation for Suppliers & Subcontractors * Preparation of cost estimates for variations * Communicate with the Procurement team for procuring the required site materials, with requirements and specifications * Preparation of monthly valuations for the project * Preparation of the Subcontractor & Suppliers Certificates every two weeks * Pricing of variations * Preparation of the final account on the completion of the project, in coordination with the Project team and the Finance and Accounts team * Guides and provides support to the Projects teams * Provides support to the Procurement team with quotations and comparisons of rates with preferred suppliers, so as to secure a competitive price  Requirements for the position: * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering * Proven work experience as Quantity Surveyor/ Civil  of at least 10 years * RICS or PMI QS surveyor certification will be considered as an advantage * Previous experience in procurement for large scale projects will be considered as advantage  * Native Greek.
