TakoSushi is looking for a phenomenal Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to join our team in Lexington, SC! * Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) * Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen * Upholds all company values and service standards at all times * Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles * Achieve operational directives * Communicates problems or issues to the MOD * Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management * Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures * Work with team to accomplish targets * Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times * Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested   COMPETENCIES * Decision-making and problem solving * Conflict resolution * Organizing and planning * Resource allocation and management * Delegation * Communication * Attention to detail * Coaching * Stress tolerance * Team member  Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Experience * Must be dependable & have drive to succeed * Working experience in a casual dining atmosphere * Background screening required
