Main tasks and Responsibilities: * Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and gather topographical data. * Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for land acquisition and development projects. * Prepare and submit applications for land division planning and Building permit.  * Perform or manage the submission of Horizontal Division applications to the lands Registry and follow up with all necessary steps until the separate title deeds of the properties are issued. * Manage the submission of survey data and related documentation, running the submissions efficiently. * Maintain and update survey records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and new requirements. * Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during fieldwork and data collection. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field. * 2-3 years of proven experience in land acquisition and development projects. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Attention to detail. * Familiarity with local land laws and regulations is key.
