Our educational concept empowers all children to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world to create a personalized, multi-age, skills-driven, and strength-based system that is supportively led by educators as mentors. We are looking for passionate Early Years and Primary Years Lead Educators to join our team in La Barra, Punta del Este, Uruguay. These full-time positions are available for educators working with children aged 1-5 years (Early Years) and 6-12 years (Primary Years) within our Boundless Education system. A key responsibility of our educators is ensuring the duty of care for all children, creating meaningful learning opportunities, and actively mentoring our explorers through their educational journey.
