About the Role BuildCam is expanding in Western Australia, and we're looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Operations Supervisor to help establish and grow our Perth operation. This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate. As our Western Australian operation continues to grow, this role offers an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within the business and build a long-term career with the Buildsafe Group. Reporting to the Head of Field Execution, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Perth team, ensuring installers are prepared for each day's work, managing our warehouse, and building strong relationships with clients across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role that suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, leading by example and building a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the daily operations of BuildCam in Perth, ensuring installers are prepared and ready for each day's work. * Liaise with Site Supervisors, Area Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. * Lead, coach and develop a positive, high-performing team culture. * Solve operational challenges and adapt to changing site conditions. * Oversee the day-to-day organisation and management of the warehouse. * Manage client accounts across the region, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. * Work closely with the Sales Manager, providing updates on client activity and supporting business growth. * Monitor stock, equipment and operational resources. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures. * Lead by example, promoting BuildCam's commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
