KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, curate and maintain learning pathways for different roles, levels and functions, ensuring relevance and currency  * Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions, adapting content for diverse global audiences  * Design learning content and resources in line with adult learning principles, ensuring accessibility, inclusion and practical application  * Evaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies, iterating on programmes based on participant feedback and business insight  * Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-develop specialist and functional learning content  * Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms, ensuring quality of provision and value for money  Why join us?
