We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.” Your primary responsibilities will include: * Financial Oversight & Compliance Lead the review of client financial files to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal standards. * Team Leadership & Development Mentor Accounting and Data Advisors through structured feedback and coaching; champion professional growth and succession planning. * Client Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison for clients on financial reporting and advisory matters, delivering strategic insights and exceptional service. * Full-Cycle Accounting Governance Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation; ensure integrity and timeliness of month-end and year-end close processes. * Strategic Contribution Drive operational improvements and participate in high-level initiatives, including process optimization and organizational development. * Regulatory Filings & Risk Management Ensure accurate preparation and submission of GST and other compliance filings; proactively manage financial risk. * Workflow Coordination Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute file completion strategies efficiently. * Client-Centric Service Delivery Foster strong client relationships through personalized, attentive service and proactive problem-solving. * Talent Onboarding & Training Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to build a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals.
