REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Final-year student/fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, CRM, and campaign performance. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn CRM tools such as Qontak. Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or CRM is a plus. Competencies: Digital marketing, social media management, CRM & customer database management, data analysis, attention to detail, communication, time management, problem solving, learning agility, and ownership.  JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Support the planning and execution of social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance tracking. 2. Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, daily performance monitoring, and reporting. 3. Support CRM and customer engagement activities, including customer database management, campaign execution, and communication through CRM platforms. 4. Prepare and maintain marketing campaign reports and dashboards, including key performance metrics and campaign results. 5. Conduct basic data analysis to identify campaign performance, customer engagement, and areas for improvement. 6. Support the team in preparing marketing materials, campaign briefs, and creative requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams or partners. 7. Monitor social media and campaign performance and highlight relevant trends, issues, or opportunities to the team. Support other marketing and customer engagement initiatives as required.
