About the team Decagon’s Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership – providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done. In this role, you will * Oversee the management and evolution of our marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Default, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and ensure systems are effectively integrated and utilized to support GTM * Manage and optimize HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads.
