ABOUT THE ROLE G2 is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing analytics and lead routing/scoring systems. This role is split between analytics and systems work with the majority of the work is building and maintaining reporting on funnel performance, lifecycle metrics, and campaign effectiveness. The remainder focused on owning lead routing and lead scoring logic. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Operations and operates independently on both the analytics and systems side of the work. The Marketing Operations Specialist continues to own higher complexity, strategic systems work, such as Clay administration, enrichment platform strategy, data architecture, and sales handoff/engagement workflows (Groove, Qualified). The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing analytics experience already, is comfortable working across Salesforce and Marketo data, and wants to build deeper systems fluency in lead routing and scoring over time. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Marketing Analytics & Reporting * Build and maintain operational reporting on funnel performance, lifecycle stage conversion, routing efficiency, and campaign engagement metrics * Partner with BI and Data teams on dashboard development and operational analytics * Validate reporting outputs and troubleshoot data discrepancies across Salesforce, Marketo, and connected GTM systems * Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities through data analysis, and bring findings directly to the Director of Marketing Operations Lead Scoring, Routing, and Handoff * Manage lead and contact scoring models aligned to buying intent, engagement signals, and funnel stage * Own RingLead routing logic and lead/account matching across sales teams * Continuously improve speed-to-lead and inbound lead qualification frameworks * Perform daily QA on Marketo smartlists, Salesforce routing reports, and RingLead workflows to catch and resolve mis-routed or unsynced records * Troubleshoot and resolve lead routing and scoring issues as they arise, and escalate systemic issues to the Director of Marketing Operations * Manage the handoff process between Marketing and Sales; including sales alerts and follow-up flows AI-Enabled QA & Reporting * Use AI tools to cross-reference and reconcile records across Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense during QA, for example checking a batch of Marketo smartlist records against Salesforce to verify MQL date, source program, and contact status before pushing corrected records back * Apply AI tools to speed up recurring reporting and QA tasks, and suggest additional workflows worth automating MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times.
