Job Responsibilities * Welcome and assist visitors, answer inquiries, manage guest arrivals, and handle telephone calls and messages. * Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, mail, shipping, bills, errands, and ensuring common areas are clean and well maintained. * Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, including placing orders, managing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. * Support office events, staff welfare initiatives, employee wellbeing resources, and general HR and administrative activities. * Assist with social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and basic performance reporting. * Arrange business travel, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to staff and visitors. * Handle hotel-related guest inquiries, provide information about available services and the surrounding area, and respond to complaints or issues professionally. * Proactively identify opportunities to improve office organization, efficiency, and employee experience. * Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required.
