ReconCraft is seeking an Outfitter to be responsible for assembling and outfitting newly manufactured vessels.  Duties include installation of all parts, equipment, components, hardware, and accessories as part of a vessel manufacturing production line.     Responsibilities (include but are not limited): * Assembling/testing of parts using drawings and bills of material * Point-to-point wiring * Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods including crimping and soldering * Using common hand and power tools * Familiarity with mechanical assemblies * Following documented procedures in fitting, adjusting and ensuring proper function of parts * Measurements with calipers, tape measures, various gauges, and other devices * Performing minor adjustments to tools and equipment * Inspection of assemblies  REQUIREMENTS:  * Education: * High school graduate or GED * Required Knowledge/Experience: * Valid driver’s license * Preferred Knowledge/Experience: * Recent experience outfitting and assembling vessels or similar systems * Installing outboard and inboard motors * Installing waterjets, stern drives, and other similar propulsion systems * Installing marine electronics * Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge * ABYC certifications are a bonus * Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs * This position requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing, and visual acuity * Must also be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to complete tasks About Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak: Owned by the Native Village of Eyak (NVE), a federally recognized Alaska Native Tribe, the Copper River Family of Companies are a collection of entities that deliver a complementary set of solutions and services to support the diverse missions and requirements of our clients.
