WHY THIS ROLE SHAPES THE WHOLE COMPANY Paid is Conveo's highest-priority growth channel, the engine we are counting on to take us from $4M to $50M. This role owns its execution layer end to end: every live campaign on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, every report the team steers by, every experiment from launch to the call on what scales. You work directly with the Performance Marketing Lead, your tests shape next week's budget, and the numbers you move are the ones the whole company watches. This seat puts you in the middle of strategy from day one, years before most paid careers get there. YOUR MISSION 1. LIVE CAMPAIGNS THAT LAUNCH CLEAN AND STAY ON PACE You are hands-on-keyboard across every account, every day. * Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads * Manage bids, budget pacing, and account hygiene on every live account * QA every campaign and ad before and after launch * Monitor performance daily and flag anomalies before they become a pattern 2. REPORTING THE TEAM CAN STEER BY The numbers you publish are accurate, current, and decision-ready. * Maintain performance reporting across every live channel * Turn raw platform data into a clear read on what changed and why * Run recurring optimization: search term mining, negative keyword hygiene, audience exclusions, creative rotation * Keep campaign naming, UTM tagging, and tracking structure consistent so reporting rolls up cleanly 3. EXPERIMENTS, END TO END You and the Performance Marketing Lead scope what to test. You own everything after that. * Launch and run every A/B test across creative, audience, and bidding * Bring the full read on each test and a clear recommendation on what scales * Keep a running test log: what we tried, what won, what is next * Scout platform betas and updates, and pitch the ones worth testing 4. FAST-TURN REQUESTS, FROM ASK TO RESULTS Event promotion, one-off campaign support, the quick asks that come up every week. * Own quick-turn requests end to end * Set the bar for fast and clean, so speed never costs us QA * Call it when something is bigger than a quick turn and needs the wider team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVES * 1-3 years in paid search and paid social, ideally in B2B SaaS or agency-side * Hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads * Full campaign craft: keyword research, build and structure, audience planning, budget pacing * Comfort turning campaign data into trends and clear, actionable recommendations * A/B testing experience across ad copy, audiences, and landing pages * Strong QA instincts that catch setup issues before they cost spend * AI-native habits: you default to tools like Claude for reporting, QA, and analysis * Organized, curious, and a strong written communicator MINDSET * High agency, low ego. You spot the problem early and fix it without waiting to be told. * Curious by default. You read platform release notes and flag new features before anyone asks. * Comfortable with ambiguity. When a request arrives without a full brief, you ask the right questions and get moving. * Testing-minded. You treat every campaign as a hypothesis and you push for the next test. NICE TO HAVE * GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot for tracking and reporting * A working understanding of the funnel: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and where paid fits into it WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER 6 TO 12 MONTHS: * Every live account launches clean, paces on budget, and passes QA without a second set of eyes * The team treats your reporting as the single source of truth for what changed and why * Your test log shows a steady rhythm of experiments, with wins that visibly shaped budget and creative decisions * Quick-turn requests come to you by default because fast and clean is your signature * The Performance Marketing Lead hands you more account scope because the fundamentals run themselves WHY JOIN CONVEO?
