We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Relationship Specialist to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging newly registered partners, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the early stages of their onboarding journey. Your primary objective is to convert qualified leads into active partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring a seamless handover to the Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) Responsibilities * Proactively contact all newly registered leads through phone calls, messaging platforms, and online meetings to convert them into active partners * Achieve individual activity and conversion KPIs, including calls made, meetings conducted, and partner activations, in line with Business Development objectives * Qualify incoming leads by understanding their business needs, motivations, and potential, while presenting the company's products and partner program effectively * Activate, nurture, and develop partners throughout the early stages of their lifecycle until they are ready for a successful handover to a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) * Manage a high volume of leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing every business opportunity * Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, pipeline progress, and outcomes within the CRM system * Identify when partners have reached the required activation level and coordinate a smooth, well-documented handover to the assigned PRM * Collaborate closely with PRMs, Marketing, and Onboarding/Support teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow * Share insights on lead quality, customer objections, and recurring questions to continuously improve sales scripts, marketing campaigns, and conversion strategies Requirements * Experience in inside sales, telesales, lead qualification, account activation, customer support, or a similar high-volume client-facing role.
