We are committed to ensuring every product we release is in service of our users, so that as we grow, so do they.   How you are going to make an impact 🛠 * Processing client requests related to payments (deposits, withdrawals, payment status) escalated by the first line of support * Checking the status of transactions in the administrative panels and interacting with payment providers (using a template) * Initiating manual crediting or rejection of a transaction according to the regulations * Request and check POP (Proof of Payment) if necessary * Recording actions in internal systems * Timely transfer of non-standard cases to senior colleagues from Payments Preparation of a shift report describing processed requests and identified problems * Monitoring the status of payment channels, recording failures Discover your Fit 🪄 * Basic understanding of payment systems (deposits/withdrawals, bank transfers, e-wallets) * Attention to detail, responsibility * Confident PC user, experience with CRM, admin panels and Google Sheets English — from Intermediate level (for reading system messages and correspondence) * Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule Will be a plus: * Experience in fintech or in a support/payments operations position * Knowledge of payment systems  * Skills in working with ticket systems (Intercom)
