As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Pelvic Health, you'll have the opportunity to provide specialized pelvic health and pediatric physical therapy services in a supportive, collaborative environment. PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide specialized pelvic health and pelvic floor physical therapy services for pediatric patients. * Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, posture, functional independence, and quality of life. * Develop individualized home exercise programs and educate parents and caregivers to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions. * Collaborate with physicians, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care. * Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when appropriate. * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards. QUALIFICATIONS * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. * Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date). * Pediatric physical therapy experience required. * Pediatric pelvic health or pelvic floor therapy experience preferred. * One year of experience preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills. * Passion for helping children achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
