OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve: * Fine motor and gross motor skills * Sensory processing * Coordination and balance * Strength and range of motion * Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) * Functional independence * Educate and train parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies. * Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care. * Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable. * Complete timely documentation while maintaining compliance with state and company standards. * Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care. QUALIFICATIONS * Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. * Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date). * Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred. * One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills. * Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones and greater independence.
