OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy * Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to option before anticipated start date) * 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply * Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred * Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities. * Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living. * Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. * Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
