We’re looking for experienced Plumbing Service Managers nationwide to lead a Plumbing & Drain team and play a key role in growing a high-performing residential service business. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who can balance team development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members. * Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience. * Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards. * Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development. * Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals. * Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and best practices. * Partner with leadership and other departments to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience. * Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. * Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance. WHAT YOU BRING * 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or a related home-services environment. * Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services. * Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations. * A track record of developing teams and improving performance. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance service quality and business results. * Ability to use performance metrics and business data to make informed decisions. * A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in helping people succeed. * Plumbing license or relevant trade certifications are a plus.
