Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures. * Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions clearly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. * Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role. * Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
