Founded in 2016 as a spin-out from Newcastle University, AEM develops sustainable electric motor technology that helps manufacturers reduce their reliance on rare earth materials without compromising performance. Our award-winning technology is being utilised across a range of global applications, helping industries transition towards cleaner, more sustainable electrification solutions. At AEM, we're ambitious, innovative and driven by purpose. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas can shape the future of technology, you'll fit right in.
