We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Partnerships & BD Enablement) to join JustMarkets and strengthen our global Introducing Broker (IB) program. In this role, you will create impactful sales enablement materials, develop partner-focused marketing assets, and support Business Development teams across multiple regions. You will have the opportunity to shape the Partner Marketing function from the ground up, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to the growth and positioning of our global partnership program. Responsibilities * Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, and qualified leads in the LATAM region * Conduct regular technical, on-page, and off-page audits, and ensure timely implementation of improvements * Perform keyword research and clustering, optimizing content and landing pages for high-value queries related to Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto * Monitor and improve technical SEO: site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data * Manage the backlink profile, including link-building initiatives and mitigating toxic link risks * Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, design, development, marketing) to embed SEO best practices into every project * Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority, and stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates across multilingual platforms Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, B2B Marketer, or Sales Enablement Specialist * Strong understanding of partnership marketing, affiliate marketing, or Introducing Broker (IB) programs * Experience creating B2B sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and sales presentations * Experience working with international or multi-regional teams * Strong copywriting and content creation skills for B2B audiences * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Design, and Content * Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating marketing performance and partner funnels * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Upper-Intermediate English level Will be a plus * Understanding of rebate structures, multi-tier commission models, spreads, leverage, and Client Lifetime Value (LTV) * Experience writing B2B content for landing pages, onboarding email sequences, and partner portals * Knowledge of the financial/trading industry (Forex, CFDs, crypto, commodities) We offer * The opportunity to work on a high-traffic, international project across multiple markets, influencing SEO strategy on a global scale * The chance to design and implement SEO strategies for both existing and new markets, using a wide range of tools and experimenting with innovative approaches * 20 paid vacation days per year * 10 paid sick leave days per year * Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list * Medical insurance * Opportunity to work remotely * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
