The Propertybase Client Services Specialist is a vital part of our Internation Expansion team, responsible for providing outstanding support to our Customer Success and Support teams. Reporting to the GM, Propertybase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth integration between Salesforce and other Business systems. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: * Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support customer operations workflows. * Maintain data integrity by managing deduplication, validation rules, and automation processes. * Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement new Salesforce features or enhancements. * Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key metrics for Customer Success and Support teams. * Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting while ensuring best practices are followed. * Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. * Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes. * Ensure compliance with company security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce usability, scalability, and adoption across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configurations, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers). Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management. Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, or customer support platforms). Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, timely end-user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration. Salesforce certifications required.
