As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for; * Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet product performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability requirements. * Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software. * Lead and support product development activities from concept generation through prototype development, testing, and product launch. * Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations for design improvements.Conduct feasibility studies, design analyses, and failure investigations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and product management. * Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering change processes. * Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications; * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. * 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a product development or R&D environment. * Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Autodesk Inventor. * Experience designing mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for production. * Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes. * Experience developing and testing prototypes.
