Remote Survey Agent at BPO2B (Remote)

Barranquilla, Popayan and Santa Marta. Late schedules. Responsibilities * Identify and verify that contacted individuals meet the required criteria to be included in the survey sample. * Request information from respondents in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner. * Conduct surveys accurately and complete the questionnaire in its entirety. * Record and complete all required information accurately. * Be available to conduct surveys during the assigned working hours and according to the required schedule. * Follow all instructions, procedures, and guidelines provided for the proper administration of surveys. * Keep a professional and positive attitude when interacting with respondents. Candidate Requirements * C1 level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. * Previous experience in customer service, call centers, surveys or similar environments. * Good knowledge of and ability to use computer tools and online platforms. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude. * Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Additional Requirements * Reliable and stable internet connection. * Availability and willingness to work late schedules, up to 12:00 AM (midnight). * Comfortable working with online survey platforms and communication tools.
