Net2phone is seeking an AI Agent Sales Lead to drive the go-to-market strategy and revenue growth of its new AI Agent product. This role combines strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and conversational technologies.   The ideal candidate will build and lead a specialized sales team, define the sales strategy for this new product line, and act as a subject-matter expert who can credibly speak to prospects and partners about AI-driven customer engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead, coach, and grow a sales team dedicated to selling the AI Agent product across phone, chat, and other supported channels. * Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for AI Agent, including pricing positioning, target segments, and sales playbooks. * Set individual and team sales targets, track pipeline health, and report on performance against revenue goals. * Act as a product and AI subject-matter expert in customer and partner conversations, presentations, and demos. * Translate the AI Agent products technical capabilities (natural language processing, conversational AI, automation) into clear business value for prospects. * Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, gather market feedback, and refine the product roadmap. * Develop training materials and enablement programs to ensure the sales team can effectively position AI Agent against competitors. * Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects, including direct involvement in complex or strategic deals. * Monitor market trends in conversational AI and customer experience automation to keep the sales approach current and competitive. * Establish KPIs and reporting cadences for the AI Agent sales function and present results to senior leadership.
