English is a must Location: Les Berges du Lac * Report to the Area Sales Manager * Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets * Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives * Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners * Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts * Identify key referral source opportunities, develop relationships * Maintain strong customer relationships * Plan and execute sales strategies with specialists to grow revenue and solutions adoption * Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long-term implementation of AGBL solutions * Achieving sales targets * Maximizing sales and profitability * Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment * Driving team performance * Managing your team in a professional way leading them to success * Upload customers’ data to the ODOO and update it regularly * Actively updates lead in the ODOO * Improving technical skills through company Apps * Any other tasks assigned * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
