Role Overview: We're looking for a seasoned and well-connected Sales Manager to join our team and drive new payment services across a variety of emerging digital finance and regulated markets. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role best suited for an individual with a strong personal brand and a proven ability to network, sell, and open doors. Based in Malta, the epicenter of Europe’s fintech scene, you’ll leverage your network, market expertise and pricing savvy to position our financial and payment services platform as the agile, fast-to-market partner of choice for clients who demand trusted service, speed, control and competitive terms. You’ll be out in the field at industry events and conferences, driving conversations, closing deals and feeding market insights back to shape our product and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Hunting & Sales * Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in complex, fast-evolving sectors, balancing speed with controlled risk appetites and tailored pricing. * Use your network and industry insight to build a robust sales pipeline. * Present our EMI/payment platform as a nimble, client-centric alternative to legacy providers. * Structure commercial terms and pricing models that balance agility with prudent risk management. Relationship Management * Own the end-to-end client journey: build trust, guide integration and drive renewals or upsells. * Liaise with onboarding, operations and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service. * Maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring clients receive responsive support, consistent service quality, and ongoing value from our solutions. Market Intelligence & Brand Building * Represent us at key events in Malta and beyond—network, speak, learn—and feed back real-time market insights. * Capture and relay real-time market feedback to inform product, pricing and risk strategies. Skills & Experience: * 5+ years in sales or business development within EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or similar fintech. * Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing complex deals. * Deep understanding of how to price, onboard and support clients in specialist sectors. * Exceptional networker with senior-level contacts and a presence at industry gatherings. * Highly driven, entrepreneurial and targets-obsessed, yet collaborative. * Based in Malta with the flexibility to travel.
