The Salesforce Administrator owns the Salesforce platform and all associated applications within the CRM. This role is a sales-focused contributor who leads the administration of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and optimized to drive growth. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical expertise. The role is a vital member of Lessen’s Revenue Operations Team and works collaboratively with multiple internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Operations to execute our growth plan. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Owns the end-to-end Salesforce user experience for the sales and account management organization through the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce platform, including SalesCloud and MarketingCloud. * Actively engages with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translates approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. * Partners with organization leader to document and manage the evolution of the overall Salesforce architecture ensuring scalability, performance and alignment with organizations direction and business objectives. * Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to automate high-friction manual tasks, including the use of AI automation. Emphasizing the reduction in clicks and redundancy. * Manages the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, Sales Navigator, and more. * Leads data governance initiatives that underpin our reporting and sales forecasting, delivering a transparent and actionable view of our global sales to the executive suite. * Supports the Enterprise Team (Sales Operations, Marketing, Solution Development, Operations) in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes. * Trains sales and account management teams to utilize Salesforce and other related tools through best practices including distribution of created or obtained training materials.
