JOB SPECIFICATIONS: The ability to perform the following: * * Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours * Work in all areas of all the healthcare authority facilities and grounds * Effectively cope with frequent interruptions * Work beyond normal working hours, if necessary, to effectively and efficiently perform required duties * Cope with possible subjection to infectious diseases, toxic substances, abusive people, * Cope with stress that arises from working in the performance of duties * Communicate with all authority personnel, medical staff, patients, and visitors while exercising proper and appropriate human relations skills JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * * High School diploma * Security and/or law enforcement background * Basic knowledge of investigative techniques * Ability to maintain confidential information * Basic knowledge of Crisis Intervention techniques * Knowledge in the use of security camera and computer systems * Knowledge of the use of protection devices * Possess integrity and excellent human relation skills * Possess current driver's license. * Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language and communicate * Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances
