As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll contribute to maintain our compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. You will play a key role in supporting the business by mitigating risks, advising senior stakeholders, and fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization. Responsibilities: * Maintain the company's compliance framework, ensuring the creation, implementation and update of all policies and procedures required for the different entities within the company, including business conduct policies and procedures as well as Anti-Money Laundering and other financial crime * Conduct risk assessments and advise on mitigation * Prepare and submit regulatory reports, and perform compliance monitoring: Capital adequacy, operational reports, transaction reporting, financial crime, client money and assets, corporate governance reports; among others * Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors * Manage the company’s annual training programme: Provide online and ad-hoc compliance training and guidance to staff * Advise on regulatory changes to the industry and their implications on our business * Collaborate with the different teams by acting as an internal regulatory advisor * Assist with the company’s onboarding and periodic reviews with banks, PSPs, LPs and other counterparties Requirements: * 3-5 years of compliance, risk, legal practice or regulatory experience ideally coming from banking, consulting or large international CFD Firms * Strong knowledge of FCA, SCB, MiFID II and international AML regulations * Deep knowledge of corporate governance and outsourcing arrangements * Knowledge and understanding of markets and asset classes offered by the company * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Relevant compliance qualifications (e.g., ICA, CISI) preferred Interview steps: * Recruiter screen (~30 minutes)  * Technical interview with Head of Compliance & Legal Manager (~60 minutes) * Final interview with Top management (~60 minutes) Our benefits: * Excellent compensation package * Medical insurance * Provident fund * In-house gym with a personal trainer * Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages * Company discount card for various products & services * 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually * Shuttle bus service from Limassol * Birthday certificate program
