We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter, preferably with experience in beauty/skincare/wellness, who can help shape the next chapter of the Bubble voice – someone who blends creative instinct with strategic thinking and precision execution.    Position Overview  The Senior Copywriter at Bubble brings together three skill sets:  * The creative firepower of a senior advertising writer  * The precision and detail-orientation of an editor  * The strategic clarity of a brand thinker  This role is responsible for delivering compelling, strategically grounded communications across all brand touchpoints. You must be able to move fluidly between conceptual campaign work and technical skincare storytelling – translating complex information into language that feels clear, confident, and culturally relevant.  Skincare knowledge is a plus. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly organize and interpret nuanced information is essential.  A generation of skincare users trusts Bubble. The Senior Copywriter plays a pivotal role in protecting and evolving that trust – ensuring we are always on-strategy, on-voice, and ahead of culture without chasing trends.  What You’ll Do * Collaborate across Creative, Marketing, Social, Retail, E-Comm, and Product to ensure cohesive, standout communication  * Write and edit copy across channels including product pages, email, paid media, social, packaging, and campaign assets  * Maintain and evolve Bubble’s unique, relatable, and intelligent brand voice  * Partner with designers and art directors to produce high-impact work across digital and retail * Translate technical skincare information into clear, ethical, and compelling messaging * Ensure all product claims align with industry regulations and best practices * Articulate and present creative ideas clearly and persuasively * Contribute bold, culturally resonant ideas that drive conversation and growth * Stay informed on culture, trends, and competitive landscape without becoming trend-dependent * Translate brand strategic briefs into campaign messaging that meets the comms objectives set by the brand * Ability to speak to a young consumer, staying up to date on trends, ways of speaking, and copy nuances for a target aged 13-17 Who You Are  * 5–8+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, wellness or CPG brands  * A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and executional range * Confident presenting and defending work to cross-functional teams  * Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving growth environment  * Highly self-directed – you push projects forward without waiting for play-by-play instruction  * Curious about skincare science and committed to ethical, truthful communication * A collaborative team player who gives and receives feedback without ego * A mentor-minded creative who helps elevate junior team members Why Bubble  * Real ownership and impact at a high-growth brand * A collaborative team that values curiosity and creative ambition * The opportunity to shape a voice trusted by millions * Competitive compensation and benefits
