Please make sure to apply with your Coupang e-mail address.      Senior Manager, Program Management What You Will Do  * Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process for the Jiku (international products) line of business in Taiwan. * Ensure quality of catalog onboarding (images, content, titles, translations). * Manage SLAs and operational metrics. * Work with multiple stakeholders: Jiku business team, Jiku product team, catalog product team, and compliance stakeholders (e.g., PCO team). * Oversee AI-assisted translation quality and prevent escalations. * Identify problems and fix them proactively. Basic Qualifications   * People leadership and team management. * Operational process management. * Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. * Understanding of catalog onboarding (content, images, titles, translation workflows). * Ability to manage and collaborate with technology/product teams (though not required to be deeply technical).  Preferred Qualifications  * Experience with international product onboarding. * Familiarity with compliance requirements for international/cross-border products. * Experience managing AI-assisted workflows or translation quality.  Recruitment Process   * Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer * The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. * Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
