For more information visit: www.azerion.com The Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join Azerion’s U.S. Sales Team, based in NYC. This role is ideal for an experienced, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building strategic relationships and driving measurable business growth. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of a key regional territory, cultivating partnerships with top brands and agencies to deliver innovative, data-driven advertising solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Azerion’s footprint, leveraging our proprietary programmatic, creative, and behavioral intelligence offerings to help clients achieve their marketing goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded seller who combines consultative expertise with a passion for digital innovation and client success. What we are looking for: We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial sales professional who understands the evolving digital advertising landscape and knows how to convert opportunity into impact. The ideal candidate has experience managing a book of business, strong relationships across agencies and brands, and a deep curiosity about how data and technology can transform advertising performance. You are proactive, confident, and collaborative; equally comfortable in client meetings, internal strategy sessions, and cross-functional planning. You think like a business owner, act with integrity, and bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every interaction. Key  Responsibilities: * Client Acquisition & Business Growth * Develop and grow a pipeline of high-potential clients across the New York market. * Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and renewal. * Position Azerion’s solutions (programmatic media, curated PMPs, creative formats, and data products) as key enablers of clients’ business objectives. * Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. * Strategic Account Management * Build long-term, consultative relationships with agencies and brand decision-makers. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase client lifetime value. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and post-sale satisfaction. * Market Development & Representation * Represent Azerion at regional industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to expand visibility and generate leads. * Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to guide client conversations and inform go-to-market strategies. * Internal Collaboration * Partner with Programmatic Trading, Client Services, Insights, and Product teams to deliver customized, high-performance media solutions. * Provide client and market feedback to help shape future sales strategies and product enhancements. Experience and Skills Requirements: * Experience: 3-5+ years in digital media, programmatic advertising, or adtech sales. * Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue goals. * Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of programmatic buying, data targeting, and media activation strategies. * Relationships: Established network across agencies and brands within the Midwest region preferred. * Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. * Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by results — you take ownership and drive outcomes. * Collaboration: Strong team orientation and ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences. * Travel: Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
