Job Summary This position serves as a Senior Scientist / Engineer at 2 Circle Consulting Inc. The Senior Scientist / Engineer will support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E). Work on-site in Arlington, VA is required.
