Senior Software Development Lead JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience Range: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership, ideally within AI-augmented engineering environments Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platforms * Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enforce enterprise UI standards for consistency and efficiency * Develop robust user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, optimizing for accessibility, performance, and scalability * Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with front-end applications * Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to foster engineering excellence * Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals * Drive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance, ensuring compliance and security * Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for reliability and scalability Required Skills: * Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 * Strong understanding of responsive design principles * Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines * Expertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization techniques * Backend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python * API development using REST and GraphQL * Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP also acceptable * CI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools * Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB) Preferred Skills: * Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems * Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture * Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) * Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applications * Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, or similar platforms * Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and Message Queues * Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing * Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline * Certification in front-end or full stack development such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer * Certification in cloud-native or DevOps practices, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) * Relevant AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus
