Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria Branch (located at 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent, Saanichton BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business. * Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand. * Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions. * Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. * Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings. * Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement. * Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner. * Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders. * Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives. WHAT WE ARE SEEKING * Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry. * Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including new construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance work. Service and maintenance experience is an asset. * Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents. * Local market knowledge is preferred. * Experience using Bluebeam or similar estimating and document management software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development, and team collaboration.
