In addition to this, you will have the following attributes: * Experience in a similar role managing a commercial construction site * The ability to manage multiple trades & sub-trades * A strong knowledge of different construction methodologies & types of builds * Up to date knowledge of building products & materials * A pro-active approach to H&S and quality management * Ideally exposure to Procore or Construction Management Software + MS Office suite * A positive, conscientious work ethic; you must be self-motivated * Willing to travel Mon-Fri (if required in the future)   Join Our Legacy If you’re looking for a role where your efforts directly contribute to the success of a purpose-driven organisation, this is your chance.
