The raise follows a breakout year, with our business growing 8x as enterprise customers across industries adopt our category, AI‑moderated research, as the new standard for understanding people. We’re a tight-knit team serving some of the world’s largest enterprises. We're hiring a Sourcer to support our recruiting team on a full-time, temporary 3 month basis. This role is responsible for building and managing top-of-funnel candidate pipelines across active roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines full of qualified, engaged candidates. This is a fixed-term W-2 position. You'll be an employee of Outset for the duration of the 3 month assignment, eligible for benefits. This role is 4 days onsite in San Francisco, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and execute sourcing strategies for open roles across the organization, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Boolean search * Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates through outbound outreach * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing criteria * Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline status in Ashby * Track and report on sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill contributions) * Help maintain a strong candidate experience from first outreach through handoff QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment * Strong written communication skills - you can write outreach that gets responses * Comfort with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, Ashby experience a plus) * Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously * Self-starter who can work with ambiguity and tight timelines * Comfortable in a fast-paced, temporary engagement with clear deliverables
