We take immense pride in our work and deeply care about the quality of the products we deliver. We’re dedicated to building a team with an acute focus on detail, nurturing a level of craftsmanship that makes us proud to share our work with the world. We serve two core user groups. First, is real merchants using the Dashboard. We own the most critical, first-touch surfaces, such as the homepage, which we drive to set the benchmark for intuitive, reliable software. This work directly informs our second set of users, internal product teams. We distill our front-line insights into shared components and paradigms, empowering the entire organization to build a consistent, holistic Dashboard experience. We're a mentorship-forward team where staff engineers work directly alongside early-career engineers to raise the quality bar across everything we ship. We're also actively exploring how AI agents can unlock new creative possibilities for how merchants interact with their products, and we're excited to bring that same spirit of invention to the frontend craft.
