The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer with a strong interest in and background in front-end web development. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will be a critical player who makes a meaningful impact and the technical decisions you make matter. We’re looking for someone who will * Care deeply about the product and user experience. * Be forward thinking in terms of pragmatic and responsible AI adoption for your own dev work and for the team. * Make sound architectural and design decisions informed by your past achievements and mistakes. * Produce prolifically with AI assistance and the mature judgment of a staff engineer. * Enjoy a fast moving, dynamic startup environment. * Be curious, continuously and proactively level up your skills. * Rely on at least 5 years of hands-on front-end experience building commercial applications. Our tech stack * TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Vite, TanStack Router * Tailwind CSS, Material UI * TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Pineapple Express * Vitest, Playwright * Stripe, Firebase, Sentry Bonus Points * You have built something significant from the ground up before. * You are proficient with Python or a similar backend language. * You have experience setting up and improving CI/CD infrastructure. * You care about problems related to parking and efficient use of space and resources in cities.
