BGE goes beyond competitive benefits to attract and retain the best in an environment that inspires excellence.     Job Responsibilities * Combination of office and field work * Projects include land development, site development, and public works * Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D  * Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus * Create digital terrain models from field survey data * Review and check work for quality control * Conduct deed research * Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor * Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention Job Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required; Specialized vocational training is a plus. * 2 + years of land survey experience * Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D * Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisor, and others * Willingness and ability to be based in an office and field work.     Some of our Benefits: * 401k Match: 100% up to 4% of your contributions with immediate vesting + 3% Safe Harbor Contribution with immediate vesting * Merit-Based Bonus Compensation * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; BGE contributes to HSA on eligible plans * 9 paid Holidays, including 3 Floating holidays * Personal Time Allowances  * 2 to 4 weeks of Vacation, depending on experience-level.
