Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.   DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------- Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities on the program.   REQUIREMENTS ---------------------------------------- SECURITY CLEARANCE: * Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience * A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience  * A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience REQUIRED SKILLS: * Competent with all manner of hand tools to include power tools * Competent with RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators * Familiarity with Microsoft suite of applications to include Visio, Excel and Word * Should have working knowledge of Linux * Experience performing site surveys and / or planning and executing system installations * Must possess excellent communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team or lead small team projects * Able to travel OCONUS, CONUS for up to 3-4 weeks at a time * Experience troubleshooting networks, hardware and software configurations * Ability to think on the fly and adapt to unexpected challenges * Familiarity with system design and testing * Familiarity with customer GOTs software capabilities   This position is open for direct hires only.
