WHAT YOU WILL DO * Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment needs of each team (tech, product, marketing, ops...) and the key skills sought. * Identify, source, and qualify the best candidate profiles to integrate into our talent pools, leveraging our database of hundreds of thousands of candidates. * Build and execute innovative and impactful activation campaigns (segmentation, content, sequencing, impact measurement). * Continuously analyze the quality of the talent pipeline using reports and dashboards, in close coordination with the Talent Analytics team. * Work hand in hand with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes. * Propose, test, and industrialize new ideas and new mechanisms to continuously improve our talent pooling strategy. * Contribute to the routines of the Talent Acquisition team, own some ad-hoc projects which could arise.
